Surveying Technician

As a Surveying Technician, you will work closely with a team of surveyors to collect and analyze data related to land, buildings, and other structures. You will assist in conducting surveys using advanced tools and technology, such as GPS systems and laser equipment. Your role will involve gathering information on boundaries, elevations, and topographical features of a particular site. You will also be responsible for creating accurate maps and reports based on the collected data.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of surveying principles and techniques. You must also be proficient in using surveying equipment and software, as well as have excellent mathematical skills. Additionally, attention to detail and the ability to work independently are crucial in this position.

Responsibilities:
- Assist surveyors in collecting data using advanced tools and technology.
- Conduct surveys to determine boundaries, elevations, and topographical features.
- Create accurate maps and reports based on collected data.
- Use surveying equipment such as GPS systems and laser tools.
- Perform calculations using mathematical formulas.
- Maintain accurate records of all collected data.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Surveying Technician.
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as GPS systems and laser tools.
- Knowledge of surveying principles and techniques.
- Excellent mathematical skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Valid visa/work permit for Karachi.

Salary:
$1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
