Moderator Coordinator


We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Moderator Coordinator to join our team in the United States. As a Moderator Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the work of moderators on various online platforms. Your main goal will be to ensure that all user-generated content is in line with our company's standards and policies.

Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of moderators
- Develop and implement moderation guidelines and policies
- Review user-generated content and ensure it meets quality standards
- Respond to user inquiries and escalate issues as needed
- Monitor online communities and social media platforms for any potential issues or violations
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any customer service or technical issues
- Track performance metrics of the moderation team and provide regular reports to management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a moderator or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of online community dynamics and social media platforms
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle sensitive situations with professionalism
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively

Salary: $1200 per month (without accommodation)
Location: United States (remote work may be considered)
