Part-Time Accountant

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Part-Time Accountant to join our team in Oslo. As a Part-Time Accountant, you will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in accounting and a biometric passport.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for the company
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies
- Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies or errors in financial data
- Generate financial reports for management review
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders regarding payment inquiries or discrepancies
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information at all times
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in accounting or bookkeeping role required
- Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while meeting deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with others effectively
Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The expected working hours are approximately 20 hours per week.
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1800$ per month.
