We are currently hiring for a part-time Restaurant Manager Assistant to join our team at our upscale restaurant in Fonvieille, Monaco. As an Assistant to the Restaurant Manager, you will assist in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant and ensuring excellent customer service. This position is perfect for someone looking to gain experience in restaurant management and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Supervise and train staff to maintain high levels of service and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Monitor sales and expenses to meet budget goals

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of POS systems is a plus
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this part-time position.

Our restaurant is located in beautiful Fonvieille, Monaco. We are easily accessible by public transportation.
