Part-Time Restaurant Manager


We are currently seeking a Part-Time Restaurant Manager to join our team in Copenhagen. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and a positive customer experience. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1600$.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including managing staff, monitoring inventory and ordering supplies
- Ensure high-quality customer service by training and supervising staff, addressing customer complaints, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with local health codes
- Monitor employee performance and provide ongoing training and feedback as needed
- Manage payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting for the restaurant

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have a biometric passport for international travel (if not already located in Copenhagen)
- Must be able to start immediately (this is an urgent job opening)
