Architectural Technologist in Faroe-Islands


We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Faroe-Islands. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for designing and creating technical drawings and plans for various construction projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure that all designs meet building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create technical drawings and plans for construction projects
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure designs meet building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements
- Collaborate with team members to develop innovative design solutions
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D models
- Review and revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders
- Prepare project reports, presentations, and cost estimates

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in CAD software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.

Location:
This is a part-time position located in Faroe Islands. Accommodation may be provided if needed.
