As a Junior JAVA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions using Java programming language. This is an entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the development team to design and implement new features and enhancements
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in Java development
- Work closely with project managers to meet project deadlines
- Participate in all stages of the software development life cycle

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts
- Proficient in Java programming language
- Knowledge of web development frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate is a plus
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is desirable but not required
