Turner - Metalworking Specialist


As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating lathes and other metalworking machines to shape and form metal into various parts and components. You will use your expertise in reading blueprints and drawings to accurately produce parts that meet precise specifications. This role requires attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various lathes and metalworking equipment
- Read blueprints and drawings to determine machining operations
- Measure finished parts using specialized tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Make adjustments to machines as needed for smooth operation
- Troubleshoot any issues with equipment or materials
- Clean and maintain machines regularly
- Follow all safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Turner or similar role in metalworking industry
- Proficient in reading blueprints and drawings
- Good hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work in a variety of positions

Preferred:
- Experience working with CNC machinery
- Knowledge of different types of metals and their properties
- Experience working with precision measuring tools

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Izhevsk, Russia (visa sponsorship available for non-Russian nationals)
