Job Title: Preservation Architect

A reputable architecture firm in the historic city of Acre is seeking a Preservation Architect to join our team. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures, while also ensuring compliance with safety and building codes. This is a great opportunity for an Indian architect with excellent English language skills who is looking to gain experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of existing historical structures and develop preservation plans
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful execution of preservation projects
- Research and remain updated on current preservation techniques, materials, and technologies
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for preservation projects
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Provide guidance on maintenance and repair of historical structures to ensure their long-term preservation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Strong understanding of architectural history, styles, and construction techniques
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Knowledge of relevant software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
- Valid work permit or own visa in Israel

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package starting at $1300 per month.
