Job Title: Restaurant Manager
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Faisalabad. Your main goal will be to ensure that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience and that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and customer service
- Train and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Create schedules for employees to ensure adequate coverage and productivity
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain stock levels
- Develop relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods at competitive prices
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Oversee financial management, including tracking expenses and revenues, creating budgets, and analyzing financial reports
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotions and attract new customers
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the food industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers, employees, suppliers, and management
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
