Cruise Line Reservation Agent
As a Cruise Line Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with booking their dream cruise vacation. This includes providing information on available itineraries, pricing, and promotions, as well as processing reservations and payments. Your main goal will be to ensure a smooth and enjoyable booking experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information on cruise itineraries, pricing, and promotions
- Assist customers with selecting the best cruise package for their needs and budget
- Process reservations and payments using our booking system
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all cruise line policies and procedures
- Handle any customer complaints or issues with empathy and efficiency

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Filipino or other Asian languages are a plus
- Previous customer service experience in the travel industry is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 900$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
City: Al-Khor (local candidates preferred)
Nationality: Filipinos or other foreigners with valid work permits in Qatar are welcome to apply. No English fluency required for non-customer facing roles.
