Construction Project Manager


We are in search of an experienced and motivated Construction Project Manager to join our growing team in Braga. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and manage construction projects according to budget and timeline
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Review project plans, specifications, and budget to identify potential issues or discrepancies
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes
- Manage project budget, including cost estimation, tracking and reporting
- Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques and materials
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
