Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in nursing from an accredited institution
- Valid nursing license in Svalbard (or willingness to obtain one)
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Norwegian is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies calmly
- Compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental attitude towards patients
