Job Title: Entry-Level Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Project Manager in Bergen, Norway. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting senior project managers in planning, executing, and completing various projects within budget and on schedule. You will also be involved in coordinating project tasks, communicating with stakeholders, and tracking project progress.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana
- Experience in a related field is preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior project managers with creating detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress
- Coordinate project tasks and assign responsibilities to team members
- Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or delays
- Prepare status reports and present them to senior management
- Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness of projects
