Land Surveyor - Al Buraymi, Oman



We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Al Buraymi, Oman. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to determine land boundaries and create accurate maps and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as GPS systems and electronic distance measuring devices
- Collect data on boundary lines, topography, and other features of the land
- Create maps, charts, and reports based on survey data
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Collaborate with engineers and construction teams to ensure accurate surveying for development projects
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and prepare legal documents related to land surveys
- Monitor survey equipment and make adjustments or repairs as needed
- Adhere to safety protocols while conducting surveys in potentially hazardous environments

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using specialized surveying equipment and software
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency preferred)
- Valid driver's license

We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this contract position. Please note that this is a job for Indians only.
