Temporary Concierge
We are in need of a temporary Concierge to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the US. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for assisting guests with their needs, managing reservations and bookings, and ensuring guest satisfaction during their stay. This is a perfect opportunity for those looking for short-term employment without accommodation.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and assist with check-ins/check-outs
- Handle all guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly
- Make reservations for dining, spa services, transportation, etc.
- Provide recommendations and information about local attractions and events
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Salary:
This is a temporary position paying $1700 per month.
