We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Oslo on a part-time basis. This is an urgent job opportunity that requires no prior experience, making it suitable for individuals looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel bookings and revenue
- Actively seek out new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors' activities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent guest experience
- Assist with planning and execution of marketing initiatives
Requirements:
- Biometric passport for easy travel within Europe
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- High level of motivation and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Salary:
