Facade Installation Technician


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Installation Technician to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Facade Installation Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining facades on various buildings and structures.

Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain various types of facades such as glass, metal, stone, and composite materials
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of the facade installation
- Measure and cut materials to fit specific dimensions
- Use hand and power tools to assemble and secure facades in place
- Install insulation, waterproofing, and other necessary components before installing the facade
- Verify that all materials meet quality standards before installation
- Adhere to safety guidelines at all times while working at heights or using heavy equipment
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during installation or repair processes

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical training in facade installation preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in facade installation or related field
- Strong knowledge of different types of facade materials and their installation techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and use measurements accurately
- Experience with hand tools such as drills, saws, hammers, etc.
- Physically fit and able to work at heights for extended periods of time
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Os, Norway
