Nurse Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Assistant to join our team in Roskilde, Denmark. As a Nurse Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide basic patient care and assist with daily activities. This is an entry-level position suitable for individuals without prior experience in the healthcare field.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding patients
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the Registered Nurse
- Help patients with mobility by transferring them from bed to wheelchair or assisting with walking
- Keep patients' rooms clean and organized
- Stock and maintain supplies in patient rooms and common areas
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Follow all safety protocols and infection control procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program preferred but not required
- Compassion for others and strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction from Registered Nurses
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
