Job Title: Concierge (Kathmandu)


As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to guests at our luxury hotel in Kathmandu. Your main duties will include managing guest requests, arranging transportation and reservations, and providing information about local attractions and events.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Book reservations for dining, transportation, and other services as requested by guests
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked concierge desk area
- Handle guest complaints or issues with efficiency and discretion
- Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless service for guests

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel setting
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Knowledge of local area attractions, restaurants, and events

Benefits:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month. Accommodation will be provided within the hotel premises. We also offer free visa sponsorship and round-trip tickets for all nationalities.
