Seasonal Concierge in Kathmandu

We are looking for a friendly and customer service-oriented Seasonal Concierge to join our team in Kathmandu. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing personalized assistance and recommendations to guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. This is a seasonal position with the opportunity for visa sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Provide information about local attractions, activities, and transportation options
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, events, or other services
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized concierge desk area

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Proven experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Knowledge of the local area and attractions
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must have valid work visa or be eligible for visa sponsorship
