Administrative Assistant
We are hiring an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Atlanta. This full-time position is perfect for a detail-oriented and organized individual who has experience in administrative tasks and is looking for a stable job with great benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Support the daily operations of the office by managing and organizing paperwork, files, and documents
- Answer phone calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate parties
- Schedule appointments and meetings, as well as coordinate travel arrangements
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order when necessary
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and filing
- Ensure that all office equipment is in good working condition
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must have a valid work permit or be eligible for employment in the United States
