Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant located in Mauren. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of the restaurant by managing staff, maintaining inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.
Your main responsibilities will include managing and training staff, creating work schedules, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed, handling customer complaints and resolving any issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a management role within the food and beverage industry. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service are essential for this role. A degree or diploma in hospitality or business management is preferred.
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month. The working hours may vary including weekends and holidays. This position is open to candidates of all nationalities but proficiency in English is required.

You will also assist with marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales.
The ideal candidate will be a current student with a strong interest in the food and beverage industry. Previous experience in a customer service or leadership role is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.
