Seasonal Restaurant Manager


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Seasonal Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant located in Mauren. As a Seasonal Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, budgeting, inventory control, and maintaining high-quality standards. This is a temporary position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
- Monitor and maintain food quality and safety standards
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Control costs by managing inventory levels, labor costs, and other expenses
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role is preferred
- Fluent English language skills are required for effective communication with customers and staff members
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Proven track record in increasing sales and profitability in a restaurant setting
- Knowledge of budgeting, inventory control, and cost management principles
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
