Computer Systems Analyst

As a Computer Systems Analyst in our Braga office, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating complex computer systems and procedures to improve overall efficiency and functionality. Your role will involve working closely with our development team to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to streamline processes and enhance user experience. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues and providing support to end-users.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough analysis of existing computer systems and procedures
- Identifying areas for improvement and developing innovative solutions
- Collaborating with the development team to implement changes
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing support to end-users
- Monitoring system performance and identifying opportunities for optimization
- Documenting processes, procedures, and system changes
- Communicating updates and changes to relevant stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and problem solve
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Familiarity with database management systems (SQL, Oracle)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:
- Experience working in Agile development environment
- Knowledge of biometric passport technology

Salary: 1800$ per month
