Architecture Manager (Part-Time)


We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Alta, Norway on a part-time basis. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the architectural design process and managing a team of architects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and implementation of architectural plans and designs.
- Ensure that all projects adhere to building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Manage a team of architects and provide guidance and support.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Review and approve project proposals, budgets, and schedules.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in technology, and best practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours as needed.

Salary:
The salary for this part-time position is $1300 per month.
