As the Seasonal Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations including managing staff, ensuring high-quality service and food standards, and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and timely service while also maintaining inventory levels and controlling costs.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of food and beverage industry trends is also essential. As this is a seasonal position, the ability to adapt quickly and work well under pressure is crucial.
As a key member of our team, you must possess exceptional leadership skills and be able to effectively communicate with staff at all levels. You must also have strong organizational abilities and be able to prioritize tasks efficiently. A passion for providing exceptional customer service is a must.
This position offers a salary of $1600 per month plus tips, based on experience. Please note that accommodations are not provided for this role.
