Industrial Alpinist



As an Industrial Alpinist, you will use your specialized skills to access difficult-to-reach areas in industrial settings, such as oil rigs, wind turbines, and high-rise buildings. You will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including inspection, maintenance, and construction work at heights. Your main focus will be on safety and efficient execution of tasks while adhering to industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of structures and equipment at heights using specialized equipment
- Perform maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, and repairs on industrial structures
- Assist with construction projects by rigging materials and equipment to designated areas
- Utilize rope access techniques to access confined spaces or difficult-to-reach areas
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and ensure safety protocols are followed

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial alpinism or a related field
- Valid biometric passport for international travel
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights for extended periods of time
- Familiarity with rope access techniques and relevant safety protocols
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for extended periods

Location: Bergen, Norway

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
