Sales Manager
We are a luxury hotel located in Monte-Carlo, seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, implementing effective sales strategies, and staying updated on industry trends.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Fluent in English (proficiency in French is a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through research and networking
- Maintain existing client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs effectively
- Negotiate contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms for both parties
- Monitor industry trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly to stay competitive
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and revenue management to achieve overall business objectives
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, client feedback, etc.
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and other networking events to promote the hotel's services

Salary:
Starting salary will be $1100 per month. Additional bonuses may be offered based on performance.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with working hours from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for events or client meetings.
