Architecture Manager

Our architecture firm in Odense is seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team. As the Architecture Manager, you will lead and oversee all aspects of our architectural projects, from conception to completion. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers
- Develop project plans and budget estimates
- Oversee the design process and ensure adherence to project timelines
- Conduct site visits and provide supervision during construction
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
- Review and approve all architectural drawings and plans
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance for their professional development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architecture Manager
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders

Preference will be given to candidates who are familiar with Danish building regulations and have experience working on projects in Denmark. This position does not include accommodation.
