Merchandiser - Lusail, Qatar


Looking for a skilled Merchandiser to join our dynamic team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective merchandising strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new merchandising opportunities
- Develop effective merchandising plans and strategies for different product categories
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate prices, quantities, and delivery schedules
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of products
- Create visually appealing displays to attract customers' attention and promote products effectively
- Train sales staff on product features, benefits, and selling techniques
- Analyze sales data to identify patterns and make recommendations for improvement
- Participate in product development meetings to provide insights on market trends and customer preferences

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual presentation
- Knowledge of inventory management software is a plus
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills is a plus)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month, along with accommodation. This is an urgent position so candidates who can start immediately will be given preference.

We welcome Indian or Malayalee candidates who meet the above requirements. This job is also suitable for non-native English speakers as no English proficiency is required. Part-time candidates may also be considered based on their availability.
