We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our office and providing administrative support to our staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Prepare and distribute memos, emails, and reports
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems
- Assist with budget planning and expense tracking
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication (written and verbal) skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred

Salary:
This position offers a salary of $1100 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Eldoret, Kenya.

Note:
This job is open to both Kenyan nationals and foreigners with English language proficiency. Part-time applicants are welcome. No prior experience is required. Accommodation is not provided but visa sponsorship may be available for qualified candidates.
