Roofer Technician

We are in need of a highly skilled and experienced Roofer Technician to join our team in Lisbon. The ideal candidate must have a thorough understanding of roofing techniques and materials, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing and installing various types of roofing systems, conducting inspections and evaluations, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits. Own visa or work permit is required.

Responsibilities:
- Repairing and installing various types of roofing systems including shingle, tile, metal, and flat roofs
- Conducting thorough inspections and evaluations to determine the condition of roofs
- Identifying areas for repair or replacement based on inspection results
- Ensuring that all work is completed accurately and efficiently
- Adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Maintaining clean and organized work sites

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a roofer technician or similar role
- Comprehensive knowledge of roofing techniques, materials, tools and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and equipment
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Valid own visa or work permit for Portugal
