As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for the preservation and restoration of historic buildings and structures in Funchal, Portugal. Your main duties will include conducting surveys and assessments, developing preservation plans, coordinating with contractors and engineers, and overseeing restoration projects. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with local preservation laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in architecture or a related field, as well as knowledge of historical preservation techniques and materials. Strong project management skills and attention to detail are essential for this role. Prior experience in preservation is preferred but not required.

This position offers a salary of 1800$ per month, along with accommodation.
