Senior Architect

As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative and functional design solutions. Your role will also involve overseeing a team of architects, engineers, and designers, ensuring that project deadlines and budgets are met. Additionally, you will collaborate with contractors and construction teams to ensure the successful implementation of designs. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and extensive knowledge of design software. This is a remote position based in Faroe-Islands with a salary of 1700$. Accommodation is not provided. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion
- Understand client requirements and develop creative design solutions
- Oversee a team of architects, engineers, and designers
- Collaborate with contractors and construction teams to ensure successful implementation of designs
- Use design software to create detailed plans, drawings, and models
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on time
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings and plans
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
