We are a reputable library in Jizan, Saudi Arabia seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Librarian to join our team. As an Indian national, you will bring cultural diversity and knowledge to our library. This is a contract position with a salary of $1700 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the library's collections, including books, journals, and multimedia materials
- Assist patrons with locating resources and provide guidance on research methods and techniques
- Develop and implement library programs and events to promote literacy and education
- Maintain accurate records of library materials, circulation statistics, and patron information
- Collaborate with other librarians to evaluate and select new materials for the collection
- Ensure the library's physical space is clean, organized, and welcoming for patrons
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technology advancements in the library field

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience working as a librarian preferred
- Strong knowledge of library organization systems and cataloging methods
- Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse patrons of all ages
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid visa to work in Saudi Arabia (own visa preferred)
- Available for immediate start
