Experienced Mason


We are a construction company based in Nakuru, seeking an experienced Mason to join our team. This is a full-time position suitable for men of Pakistani or Nepali nationality, with a salary of $1600 per month.

As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing structures made of brick, stone, concrete blocks, or other similar materials. You will work closely with our team of builders and contractors to complete various construction projects.

To excel in this role, you must have at least 3 years of experience as a Mason and possess strong knowledge of masonry techniques and tools. You must also have excellent physical stamina and be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Interpret blueprints and other construction plans
- Lay out patterns or foundations using chalk lines or plumb bobs
- Mix cement, sand, water, and other materials to create mortar or grout
- Cut or shape bricks using trowels, hammers, saws, or other tools
- Spread mortar between joints using trowels or jointers
- Align structures vertically and horizontally using levels
- Repair cracks or damaged areas in existing structures
- Clean excess mortar from surfaces after work is completed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mason
- Familiarity with masonry techniques and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans
- Excellent physical strength and stamina
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Familiarity with safety measures on construction sites
