Job Title: Concierge - Oslo, Norway


We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Concierge to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel or residence. Your main duties will include assisting guests with their needs, making reservations and recommendations for local attractions and services, and maintaining the overall appearance of the property.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and any other requests they may have during their stay
- Provide information on local attractions, restaurants, transportation options, etc.
- Make reservations for guests for dining, entertainment, transportation, etc.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Receive and distribute incoming mail/packages for guests
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a concierge or in a customer service role
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
