Handyman - Maintenance Technician


We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Handyman - Maintenance Technician to join our team in Fonvieille, providing top-notch maintenance services for our clients. As a Handyman - Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing various repair and maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general upkeep. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our clients' properties are kept in excellent condition and to promptly address any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of properties and identify any maintenance needs
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, etc.
- Respond promptly to client requests for maintenance services
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects or tasks
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and other handyman skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Excellent communication skills in English (French proficiency is a plus)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
