Typesetter (Student Position)


We are seeking a skilled Typesetter to join our team in Odense. As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for setting and arranging text and graphic elements to create visually appealing documents. This is a student position with a salary of 1100$ per month and includes accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Set and arrange text and graphic elements according to design specifications
- Use appropriate software (such as Adobe InDesign) to create documents
- Ensure proper formatting, spacing, and alignment of text and images
- Collaborate with designers, editors, and other team members to ensure high-quality results
- Proofread documents for errors in spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Make necessary adjustments based on feedback from clients or supervisors

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Typesetter preferred but not required
- Proficient in using design software such as Adobe InDesign
- Attention to detail and ability to follow design specifications accurately
- Strong command of spelling, grammar, and punctuation rules
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good time-management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
