The Clairvaux Public Library is seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Librarian. As a Librarian, you will be responsible for managing the library's collection of books, periodicals, and other materials, as well as assisting patrons with their research and informational needs.

Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain the library's collection of books, periodicals, and other materials
- Assist patrons with finding and accessing relevant materials for their research and informational needs
- Develop and implement programs and activities to promote literacy and encourage a love for reading among library users
- Catalog new materials using the library's classification system
- Manage circulation services including checking out and returning items, issuing library cards, and collecting fines
- Plan and coordinate events such as author talks, book clubs, and workshops
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies in the field of librarianship to enhance services offered by the library

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field preferred
- Previous experience working in a library setting is required
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with people of all ages and backgrounds
- Knowledge of cataloging systems and online databases
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite

Salary: $1500 per month

Location: Clairvaux, suitable for Indian nationals

Schedule: Part-time (20 hours per week), flexible hours available
