Foundry Worker/Operator - Dubrovnik

We are currently hiring a skilled Foundry Worker/Operator to join our team in Dubrovnik. As a Foundry Worker, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various foundry equipment and machinery, as well as performing quality control checks on finished products. This is a full-time position with salary starting at 1300$, and we are open to candidates without prior experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain foundry equipment such as furnaces, molds, and casting machines
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with the training of new employees, if needed

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (Malayalee speakers preferred)
- Must have a valid work visa for Dubrovnik or be eligible for visa sponsorship
- Prior experience in foundry work is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
