Cashier - Customer Service Representative


We are currently hiring a Cashier - Customer Service Representative to join our team in Faisalabad. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth transactions at the cash register. Your main duties will include scanning items, processing payments, and providing accurate change to customers. You will also be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the store and direct them to the appropriate aisles or departments
- Scan items accurately and efficiently at the cash register
- Process cash, credit, and debit card payments
- Provide accurate change to customers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist with restocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels when needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Proven work experience as a Cashier or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Basic math skills for calculating change and balancing cash register drawers
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Benefits:
