Architectural Technologist - Remote

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team as a remote employee. As a remote Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for designing and creating architectural plans and drawings for various projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that designs meet project requirements and adhere to building codes.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop design concepts
- Ensure that designs meet project requirements and are in compliance with building codes
- Research and incorporate sustainable design practices into projects
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
- Review project plans for accuracy and make necessary revisions
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architectural technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as a remote employee

We offer competitive compensation of $1600 per month without accommodation. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technologist who is looking for a remote position in the beautiful city of Svalbard. Applicants must have their own visa/work permit.
