Architecture Manager


Our company, a leading architecture firm in the United States, is seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our architectural projects, from design concept to project completion. Your role will involve managing a team of architects and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to client specifications.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in architecture and project management. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and team members. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects in the development of design concepts for various projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Create project timelines, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely completion of projects
- Oversee all phases of project development, including site analysis, schematic design, construction documents, and construction administration
- Ensure that all architectural designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Manage relationships with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders involved in the project
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure that construction is progressing according to plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture or related field
- Proven track record of successfully managing architectural projects from concept to completion
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Proficient in AutoCAD software
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

We offer a competitive salary of $900 per week without accommodation. Visa sponsorship may also be provided for qualified candidates.
