Restaurant Manager
We are hiring a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Oslo. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing a busy restaurant, possess excellent leadership skills, and have a strong understanding of customer service. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards in food quality and service, managing staff schedules and training, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for all staff members.
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures.
- Conduct performance evaluations for staff members.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Address customer complaints promptly and find appropriate solutions.
- Develop strategies to increase sales and improve profitability.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Must have own visa or valid work permit for Norway.
