Contract Construction Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Contract Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Horsens. As a Contract Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and ensuring quality control throughout all stages of the construction process.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate updates and changes to stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and management team
- Maintain detailed records of all project activities, including budgets, schedules, contracts, and change orders
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to ensure project specifications are met
- Manage project resources efficiently to maximize productivity while minimizing costs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in construction management or related role
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional communication skills for effectively coordinating with various stakeholders
- Proficient in project management software
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player
- Willingness to travel regularly for site visits
