Construction Project Manager - Horsens

We are in need of an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our construction projects in Horsens. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent leadership skills to effectively manage a team of contractors and subcontractors.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage all phases of the construction process from start to finish
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Manage project budget and expenses, including reviewing and approving contractor invoices
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Provide regular updates on project status to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, materials, and equipment
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven leadership abilities with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations

Location: This is a contract position based in Horsens. Accommodation can be provided for the right candidate if needed.

Salary: The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

Note: Only candidates who possess the necessary qualifications will be considered. Candidates must also have their own visa for working in Denmark.
