We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Sharjah. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management, preferably in the Indian market
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred
- Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company's sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships to generate new business opportunities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the game
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback
- Train and motivate the sales team to ensure continuous improvement
