Housekeeping Assistant - Indian Nationals Only


Our 5-star hotel in Al-Rayyan is seeking an Indian national with excellent English speaking skills to join our housekeeping team as a Housekeeping Assistant. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas. This role requires attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms according to hotel standards
- Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms
- Vacuum, dust, and polish furniture in public areas
- Clean common areas such as lobby, corridors, and restrooms on a regular basis
- Assist with washing and folding laundry as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or room damage to supervisor
- Follow all health and safety guidelines while performing duties

Requirements:
- Indian national with valid work permit in Al-Rayyan
- Minimum of 1 year experience in housekeeping or similar role within a hotel or resort setting
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions thoroughly
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays
